eshq professional purpose of the position：
? continuous improving the esh and quality management system to ensure that the
company complies with relevant laws, regulations and other relevant requirements by
authorities and company internal policy.
持续改善安全环境健康体系和质量管理体系，确保公司的运营符合相关法律法规和标准，并
满足集团总部的政策要求。
? assistant in quality control and lab management, including the equipment management
and improvement, data analysis and on-site quality improvement.
协助进行质量控制管理和实验室管理，包括实验室设备管理和改善、数据分析及工厂质量控
制改善。
? support the quality analysis methods improvement in caojing site.
支持漕泾工厂的质量分析方法的持续改善。
? assist in monitoring activities of operations relating to eshq matters, gaps finding,
analysis, improvement and tracking.
协助监管运营部门与安全环境健康及质量相关的活动，发现缺陷，分析原因，跟踪或监管改
善措施的落实。
? build up a network of eshq and operations colleagues in order to gain understanding of
rcs operations.

? assist in evaluating and tracking industrial chemical process systems at the caojing plant

? assist in the methodical resolution of process and production problems in various chemical
production plants
? 协助解决各类厂区内的工艺及其他工程问题
process development core tasks：
? assist in evaluating and tracking industrial chemical process systems at the caojing plant
? 在漕泾基地内协助工艺工程师分析评价工艺状态，跟踪分析工艺参数
? progressively develop proficiency in the fields of chemical process monitoring, control,
trouble-shooting, and optimization
