职责描述: • Foster strong client-relationship and play the role as a trusted advisor and business partner. • Strategically assess the value of services provided for continuous improvement of service delivery. • Cross-sell DPS capabilities and identify opportunities to expand the relationship to new stakeholders and drive organic growth. • Provide effective solutions with client centricity in mind and be critical about clients'internal dynamics and structure. • Work closely with production heads to ensure outstanding performance and delivery of service beyond quality standards. • Be accountable for benchmarking current capabilities versus industry practices and understand the market for skills requirements. • Exhibit an entrepreneurial and collaborative ‘can do’ culture and mindset within the team and its clients. • Work closely with the business head in developing initiatives for business expansion. 任职要求: • Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate. • Experience working in a top digital or integrated agency in an equivalent role with a proven track record in client satisfaction and account growth is preferred. • A strong understanding of brand and communications strategies is nice to have. • Highly effective communication skills; strong command of both written and spoken English. • Commercial and financial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. • Ability to think innovatively and creatively with a structured, systematic working style. • Self-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
